Licensed since 2013, Koulay began her career at Jacquelyn's Salon of Elk Grove in 2014. She believes that there is no end to true beauty.  She loves placing smiles on client's faces.  With different designs, colors and textures, the possibilities of creating fashionable styles is endless.

Koulay enjoys using Pravana, Big Sexy Hair and Clairol products.  Her specialties are applying hair colors, creating beautiful updos, installing seamless hair extensions and applying luscious individual eyelash (clusters).
